It Has Been A While

Since I last did any blogging ! So I thought what better day to start blogging again than today Thursday 31st May 2012.

First cab off the rank is to wish my bestie the Happiest Birthday ever - Francie, I know you have had a couple of very rough weeks, but what better way to turn the corner than to have a birthday wooo hooo - Wish we could be there to help you celebrate. Miss you so much Francie. Have a fantastic day and hopefully we can celebrate a belated birthday soonish.

Happy Mother's Day Nic

Apologies late getting the photos up, it's been a crazy couple of weeks.  We celebrated Mother's Day with Nicole getting a sleep-in of sorts, Noodle & Kai jumping on the bed with their gifts & cards (full of special sentiments & love for their mum).  Always a special moment!!  The requisite BBQ bacon and eggs soon followed - washed down with a glass of Moet which I hope Niccos thought was a nice way to start the day.

It wasnt the relaxing day that Nic hoped for I suspect, but watching the kids playing footy for a few hours in the blazing sun is still counting towards that "quality time" right ???   whaaaaaaat ????

Welcome home Niccos !! 

It's nearly time ...

We have some very very excited kids - thank goodness it's nearly time to head to the airport and pick mum up. QF5 better be in on time! Monkey Man is bouncing off the walls, and he's only been to Hua Zhu for Chinese. Imagine what he'd be like with sugar in those veins? Noodle is not much bettter I should add.

I have no doubt it's been a busy two weeks for Nic in Sydney with her mum, but we are pretty keen to have her home in a couple of hours.

Spring Break Is Happening

Now, so there is no better time for some card games. Weather has been hot but wet so a lot of in door activities. The activities of choice this break have been Uno, Monopoly deal and Blockus 3D. A few tantrums have been thrown (I won't name names as it could be very embarrassing for me). It has been lots of fun but all these activities have slowed the study down.

In the kitchen the last couple of days.

And I must say it all has been just delicious......

And about in Singapore. Last week after many false starts we headed off to the Titanic Exhibition down at Marina Bay. For those who don't know Kai loves anything Titanic, so as you could imagine Monkey boy was in heaven.

The Bunny Has Been

And gone - wooo hooooo.

We had a fantastic Easter and the bunny was very very very good to us, eggs everywhere !!!!

We had a lovely lunch with our great friends The Herrmanns', too much wine, too much yummy food and way too much

chocolate.
