It's Nice to See

the sky over Singapore have some character and the last week we have had some extremely hot days, but the afternoon's we have had some fantastic storms.

It's Sort Of A Secret

But I am hopeless with secrets - just remember that one and all.

Anywho back to the sort of secret thingy:- About two months ago we received our quarterly ANZA (Australian, New Zealand Association) magazine, I flicked through it, looking at all the pictures, this is what I always do, then sit down later when time is on my side and read the articles, well anywho later that evening when the old fella arrived home, with much excitement in his step - well more than usual, he flick's open the ANZA mag to "ANZA's Inaugural Volunteer of the Year Nomination's" scan the nominee's and who's name is on the list (drum roll please)

Moving on we had a little bit of a laugh and maybe a small glass to celebrate the big fella's nomination and then studied the form guide of the rest of the pack.......

Well, think Moose is pretty happy that someone or some people think that all the time and effort that he puts in with the ANZA soccer he deserves to be nominated and he does.

Will he win, well the competition is tough but he gets to hob nob it with some very important people next month.....

So We Waved

Jenaya off this morning - well I think she was waving, it was pretty dark (Kai & I certainly were waving).

Noodle had to be at school at 5.30 this morning as she was leaving on school camp - boy was she excited. This year they are heading up to Tioman Island just off Malaysia.

WOW it sound fantastic - they have some marine biologist from the University of Singapore joining them, they will be doing studies on the environment - marine and plant, so they get to go snorkeling, coral reef exploring, jungle treks and so many other things. They also have lectures at night this year and at the end of the camp they will have to present their findings to everyone.

See in my day we went down to Cooma and did archery - times have changed.

Anywho, we will miss our little girl, the house is very quiet with only Kai and I home - Oh yeah Moose's away too.

Swim anyone ??

So When We (Hopefully) Sneak

in to Switzerland with out newly brought check shirts, we had planned to drive and sight see all the way up to Munich, but much to my horror and shock it seems Munich might just be closed at that time of the year also - I see a pattern forming here !!!!

What country will be closed next - mmmmmm I wonder ?

To the end of Sunday Soccer YAY YAY YAY.

What better way to finish the Sunday Soccer Season than on a high !!!!

Oh and running around in 36 plus degree heat.

Kai plays in 2 rep soccer teams for ANZA, one is the under 10's - they finished a respectable 6th - with most of the boys being well under 10 and then he play's in the under 8's and in this team they went threw the competition undefeated - which was just a great accomplishment.

Yesterday was their last game of this season - YAY, firstly cause it is getting extremely hot here and two we are all basically over soccer - Who wouldn't be, between Jenaya and Kai they can play and train up to 8 times a week !!!

Anywho, it was nice to get a medal for the medal cabinet and well it was even nice to get home and go for a swim.....

It has been a while - no wonder the complaints have been coming thick and fast - well ok maybe just one - but hey that's fast and thick for Club Moose. So Sue you have a point and I will answer a few question's and also give you all a update.

So firstly Yes we are all alive and kicking - especially the big fella he is high kicking and higher than before the old hip op. He is groovin' again, doing the bus stop and looking like new - so I have cancelled the order for the new and improved husband, cause I already have him ahhhh - Jenaya and Kai are very happy about this and well so I am I have grown to really love Moose over the years, he has become, well like a part of me.

Yes, we are still heading off to Switzerland, even though a few local's- we won't name and shame you, have, maybe indicated that Switzerland could be / might be closed for the period that we intend on coming to their fine shores. Anywho, I have heard that check shirts are currently in over there at the moment so to blend in and get around these individuals I have purchase check - tablecloth looking shirts for the whole Moose Clan - problem solved. So a hiking we will go - no photo's will be shown of the shirts - I am sure you all understand why ?

Why ? well these individuals might use the photo's to stop our entry and we don't want that.

Yes, we have been to Melbourne.

Yes, we loved it, absolutely loved the place,there is so much to do, so much to see, the weather, the people, the food, the wine, the shopping (might of squeezed a little bit of that in) the sights, the fresh air, the marshmallow toasting, Puffin Billy, Berwick and beautiful, beautiful Harkaway - Just WOW

Would we go back - YES.

Thank you to our very good - good just doesn't seem fitting enough - thank you to our very Great, Fantastic, Wonderful Friend's The O'Bie's - what a great 5 days and 5 very late nights that you showed us.

Do we wished we stayed longer - Well what do you think - Yes

Should have Moose come with us - Hell YES - next time we will take him.

So there think you are up to date, not really sure, but we will soon find out.
