New soccer boots purchased - Check (well one pair - 3 more pairs to get)

Teddy Tourist book on Sweden purchased - Check
Any idea where we are going to spend the second week - ummmmmmm NO - not yet but soon.......

Anywho, we are all off to Gothenburg - Sweden. Jenaya & Kai are playing in a football (soccer) tournament there for 1 week - The Gothia Cup - so just when we thought they couldn't possibly play any more football - YAY - they can. I call it the season that just keeps on giving.

So lots of training has been happening, lots of games have been happening - basically we could give up our home and move to Turf City (this is where the football pitches are) as we spend nearly every second day there and on Sundays we can spend up to 8 hours there !!

The old fella must of thought he was missing out on some fun, cause on Sunday he strapped his boots on and had a game with the Old Boys - well some of them were old. Anyway, Moose did pretty good, seeing he hasn't played in over 3 years and he is slightly unfit (working too much will cause this). What a great game, some very handy players out there, a few national players - young and old - some of the kids coaches - they would be the national players, but lots of fun was had. Nothing like a blonde bird on the side line talking trash hehehehehehe - The Goodacres' Have Arrived - Not quite Lillie Stadium though.

The count down has begun......... Till our baby boy turns 10

And he is excited .....

Well who wouldn't be - he is having 13 of his nearest and dearest come to our local park and play laser tag or is it called Combat Skirmish, anywho for 2 hours they will chase each other and shoot each other very exciting.....YAY Kai Boy !! It is going to be totally wicked - boys and guns !

N E X T, well that would be the new purchase, well purchases. Not much to say about them all other than  - GIDDY UP, then maybe a big WOOOO HOOOO, then I could probably stretch myself and YEEEAAAAHHH. I will let the new purchases speak for themselves !!

This is what happens when Moose Man is off traveling and I'm left home alone- Why should he have ALL the fun hehehehehe - Thats my story and I'm sticking to it !!

It Has Been A While

Since I last did any blogging ! So I thought what better day to start blogging again than today Thursday 31st May 2012.

First cab off the rank is to wish my bestie the Happiest Birthday ever - Francie, I know you have had a couple of very rough weeks, but what better way to turn the corner than to have a birthday wooo hooo - Wish we could be there to help you celebrate. Miss you so much Francie. Have a fantastic day and hopefully we can celebrate a belated birthday soonish.

Happy Mother's Day Nic

Apologies late getting the photos up, it's been a crazy couple of weeks.  We celebrated Mother's Day with Nicole getting a sleep-in of sorts, Noodle & Kai jumping on the bed with their gifts & cards (full of special sentiments & love for their mum).  Always a special moment!!  The requisite BBQ bacon and eggs soon followed - washed down with a glass of Moet which I hope Niccos thought was a nice way to start the day.

It wasnt the relaxing day that Nic hoped for I suspect, but watching the kids playing footy for a few hours in the blazing sun is still counting towards that "quality time" right ???   whaaaaaaat ????

Welcome home Niccos !! 

It's nearly time ...

We have some very very excited kids - thank goodness it's nearly time to head to the airport and pick mum up. QF5 better be in on time! Monkey Man is bouncing off the walls, and he's only been to Hua Zhu for Chinese. Imagine what he'd be like with sugar in those veins? Noodle is not much bettter I should add.

I have no doubt it's been a busy two weeks for Nic in Sydney with her mum, but we are pretty keen to have her home in a couple of hours.
