MERRY CHRISTMAS FROM THE MOOSE FAMILY

We hope you all had a Merry day yesterday. I know we all did, after a very early wake up call at 2.30 from the youngest Moose - Kai boy, the day didn't officially start again until 6.45am, a much better time to discover Santa had been. Lots of fantastic presents were left by the big fella, the frenzy of the opening of all the gifts and another Christmas morning was over. What a day though, we spent it with some very good friends, laughing eating drinking and a little more drinking and eating, but by 10.30 last night the eye's were tired and the body could not consume any more of anything. So dragging ourselves upstairs, tucking Jenaya and Kai into bed, Marty and I hit the lounge and had a game on our new, whoops the Kids new Wii. What a day.......It was so great talking to family and friends from home and elsewhere around the place, David and Catherine it felt like you both were here with us, Oh technology, it is fantastic... Love and Kisses to you all. HO HO HO...xxxx

Christmas 08 - Reindeer and Frank Lampard ?

Jenaya & Kai say thanks to Catherine and David for their FANTASTIC Christmas presents !!

Reindeer joins Jenaya's collection of beautiful Christmas ornaments - pride of place, front and center on the tree ......

As for Kai - well he might not have been born in 1978 or scored a 158 goals ( YET ) but he looks pretty good in the blue and white. Kai quite fancies himself as a bit of a Ronaldo but we will see what the transfer fees look like at the next window !

Cheetahs and Bombers will be back in action in January ,, we'll see if the training camp over the last week has worked any magic for the kids ...

only a few days til the big fella arrives ....

i still think nicole is more excited than the kids !
hahaha ## mooooooooooose ##

The Sad Thing About

moving overseas is leaving all your family and friends. One of the best things about moving is all the great people that you meet. We have been very fortunate to have met some fantastic people who not only have become wonderful friends they also have become like family. For me they have made Singapore the wonderful place that it is, for Jenaya and Kai they have become Auntie and Uncles - someone different from Mum and Dad, they haven't taken anyone's place, they have just joined the crew. Last Friday night we celebrated Christmas together and boy did we have a great night. The turkey was just delicious, the stuffing just like Nanny's, the gravy just like Grandma's, well the pudding had a new twist and so did the veggies, but that's the great thing about living somewhere new and meeting these great people, somethings are the same and other things have a new twist.

Only 9 Sleeps To Go

Until, the big fella in that red suit comes sneaking in to your house. I don't know about you but there is much excitement, at Moose Mannor. School finished last week, we are on the final run for Christmas parties - which I must say after the weekend I am very thankful for - Oh getting old. The Christmas list's have been finalised, Santa's snack has been discussed, the last off the overseas parcels have been set. Sounds like Christmas is very close to me. For me it is has to be the best time of the year, I love everything about Christmas, the lights, the trees, the shopping, how very excited the children get and how happy everyone else seems to be - just love it.
