around the Moose family, so I thought I should get in on the act too.  Hopefully I don't cover things that he has already - not that, it would really matter because I am a much funnier person than Moose however  he is a much betta speller and definitely much greater at grammar hahahahahaha.

Anywho, life as usual has been an absolute blast.  Christmas was a hoot with 21 people squeezed into our gorgeous apartment, too much food, so much fun & of course lots of great wine.

Then we took off to Phuket to ring in the new year with The Crazy Party Crew.  Moose, Noodle & monkey doing a dive course (which has already been covered but I have photos ).  what a blast we had, beaches, boats, diving, sunsets, sensational Thai food & a few cocktails or maybe two

Sorry So many photos :)  We had such a great time, the weather was perfect, the company was even better.

Phuket - Happy New Year !?!?

Yeh yeh Dad - its been a good while i know ! I'm trying to catch up for you .... haha

we have covered a lot of ground and there are a lot of stories to tell.  The trip to Phuket was pretty cool, and we did some serious relaxing. 

We also did our PADI 12 metre dive course , and i have to say the kids smoked me up on this one.  

Old man Moose is used to paddling around on the surface and surfing, the kids took to the underwater thing very easily -> Noodle in particular who had the dive instructors wondering if she had gills!

we ate a tone of great thai food, had a few beers and mojitos along the way...... 

and eased our way in the New Year 2016.

Getting ready for Christmas - bring it on.

Been a long while between posts.  Seems like all the new fangled technology just gets in the road of the simple stuff. 

So there is a lot to catch up over the last five or so months.  

For today just a few of the family and the tree so you know we are in the Xmas mood!

Yes, it does get cool in Hong Kong.  Just in case you wondered ... 

And we have had all the winter woollies out! including the wetsuits for the surf.

Well so much for the Queensland Sunshine Coast winter sun!

This Antarctic blast has really mixed things up and kept us on our toes.

Gotta say these beaches are pretty good though and while we have only got small waves so far

It's going to be interesting when the swell arrives.

The holiday apartment is perfect, one street back from the beach and a two minute walk to the water , and just a stones throw to Alex surf club where we had dinner last night.  The BBQ has had a bit of a workout too. And will be on again tonight  :-)
